All our products are delivered digitally via e-mail. You will receive a product key, download file and installation and activation instructions. Most products are delivered within 1-5 minutes. Some products must be delivered manually and can take up to 1 hour to be delivered.
You can also access the product you have purchased via My Account:
- Go to āMy Accountā by clicking on the upper right corner of the web page: āHello, [your name]ā.
- Click on āOrdersā. Find the correct order ID and press āSHOWā at the far right under the heading āACTIONSā.
- On the order page you will find the product key and download guide (some products will only be assigned a download guide via e-mail).
